Statement:
Main research interests: Understanding the molecular mechanisms and evolutionary patterns underlying diversification of important traits concomitant with lineage evolution using evo-devo approaches. Recently, we mainly focus on the capitulum architecture evolution and flower color differentiation within the Chrysanthemum group, as well as the diversification of leaf margin morphology within Chrysanthemum indicum complex.
