Statement:
I had worked in diverse fields such as: forest ecology, fire ecology, landscape ecology & hydrology. I mostly wandered in the boundary areas between environmental science and biology. I am a problem-oriented researcher instead of organism-oriented. Thus, it is not surprise that I worked on trees, grassland, watersheds, microclimates, tigers, corals and so on. Currently, I focused mainly on macroecology, big-data techniques and global change biology. Specifically, species range shifts and diversity trends in response to climate change are my favorite topics.
