Educational experience:

BAgr: Plant Protection, Agricultural University of Hunan, 1984 MAg: Entomology, Chinese Agricultural University, 1992 PhD: Zoology, Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences,1998

Statement:

I am interested in biology and ecology of alien invasive alien species (IAS), mainly invasive insects and nematodes. Our studies focus on population genetics and evolution of IAS, interspecific relationships between IAS and others, and development of novel approaches to control IAS.
