主要研究内容:1. 寄生虫的宿主专一性及感染模式。以能感染多种宿主的寄生虫为研究对象,应用二代测序和实时荧光定量PCR技术研究鸟类血液寄生虫的宿主组成和对不同宿主适应性的差异。 2. 寄生虫的物种形成和宿主专一性演化机制。基于多基因测序和数字式微滴PCR方法构建鸟类血液寄生虫的系统发生结构,结合比较系统发育学方法探究寄生虫与宿主的协同演化机制。
