主要研究方向:
从事杂草稻(Oryza sativa f. spontanea)的适应性进化与人参属(Panax)的多倍化研究。近年来主要通过高通量测序等技术从全基因组的水平探讨物种在多倍化与适应性进化过程中适应性性状形成的分子机理。目前已主持国家自然科学基金3项,已发表SCI论文28篇,包括Nature Genetics, New Phytologist, Molecular Plant, Genome Biology and Evolution等杂志。受邀为Genome Research, Molecular Biology and Evolution和Molecular Plant等杂志审稿。
