研究兴趣
1. 动物分子生态学:理解动物适应环境的分子生物学机制,特别是生态尺度下动物应对环境变化的基因表达及表观遗传机制,以及基因组背景对基因表达和表观遗传的影响
2. 动物衰老的表观遗传学机制:利用表观遗传生物标志物建立模型预测动物年龄,评估环境变化对动物衰老过程的影响
